Welcome to the first email in this series.

The KEY point of game and being a high value man who women are naturally attracted to is-

Framing yourself as the PRIZE.

a.k.a Pedestalizing yourself, instead of the girl.

I don’t care if she’s a complete 10/10

Or the hottest chick who has ever walked the face of this earth.

You’ll still treat her like you’d treat any other girl and yourself as the prize.

Now, I know you've heard this many times on Twitter, but the gurus make a MAJOR mistake here.

Simply saying that you’re the prize isn’t enough.

Your brain needs proof to INTERNALIZE it completely.

How to do that?

By obeying this list of rules below.

(and these are non-negotiable):

1. No jerking off to porn.

Under any circumstances, YOU WILL NOT WATCH PORN.

OR BEAT YOUR MEAT LIKE A PATHETIC LOSER.

I don’t care if you get horny enough to drill a hole into your wall, you will not open that website.

Install BlockerX if you have to.

2. Have some kind of fitness in your life.

Lift weights, play sports or join martial arts.

You absolutely need to have some kind of fitness in your life.

Find the one that best suits you and spend at least an hour a day on it.

(Do all three for best results).

3. Meditate.

Meditation- a heavily abused word.

Hence, won’t expand on this.

I’ll just say 2 words instead: DO IT.

4. Have a mission/purpose and work on it daily.

You are a high-value man who has got a lot going on in his life besides women.

Work on that project, expose yourself to cool stuff, take action, build something.

Just don’t stop working.

That’s all.

Once, you start working on yourself, you will also start to develop a certain sense of RESPECT for yourself.

And you will not let anyone treat you in a way that they shouldn’t.

To quote @LifeMathMoney:

Most people lack self-respect because they know their lifestyles aren't respectable even by their own standards. Very hard to have any self-respect when you're procrastinating half your day away!

And, this is what will internalize that "I AM THE F^&KING PRIZE" mindset.

Once, you start seeing and treating yourself as a high value man, everyone else (especially women) around you will too.

And this was step No.1.

I’m sure many of you must be doing these already, but I just wanted to get our foundation right.

Starting from the next email, we’ll begin setting our foot in deeper waters.

And towards the end of this email-series, attracting and sleeping with beautiful women will be a breeze for you.
